How does EATNINJA WORK FOR ME AS A PARTNER?
We connect new customers with your restaurant via our EatNinja app. Here’s how it works:
1. Registration: You register your restaurant and we create an account on our platform. You can decide what type of deal you want to offer (e.g., 2-for-1 main course) and how often it can be redeemed.
2. Deal booking and redemption: EatNinja guests discover your restaurant via our app or social media. They book deals in the app for a predetermined period and present the deal when ordering.
3. Payment and review: The deal is deducted from the bill when paying. Your guest submits a verified review in the EatNinja app and potentially finds their new regular restaurant.

At EatNinja, we welcome everyone, whether you're a restaurant, bar, or café. Even if we're not yet in your city, that could change quickly – so we look forward to your application!

DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING AS AN EATNINJA PARTNER?
We take care of everything for you. From selecting photos & videos, creating your presence in the app, to training employees in your restaurant business.
In ongoing operations, little changes for you - you don't need any additional equipment or similar. Guests redeem the deals booked in advance on their smartphone and all you have to do is redeem the deal at payment.
How long does it take for my restaurant to show up on the Eatninja app?
This can happen within 2 days. Once the partnership agreement is signed, all necessary materials are available, and both parties give the go-ahead, your restaurant is immediately visible in the app with one click.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IN ORDER TO BECOME AN EATNINJA PARTNER?
As a partner, we need the following information and materials from you:
- Signed partnership agreement
- Contact details: phone number, contact person, email address, etc.
- Deal information: Both deals must be included in the partnership agreement and meet EatNinjas standards
- Image material: 4-6 high-quality, authentic images
- Menu: Current menu as a PDF document
Can I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESTAURANT IN THE EATNINJA APP?
If you want to make changes to your presence in the app, then contact our partner support with your request and all necessary details for the change at partner@eatninja.app.
Can I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESTAURANT IN THE EATNINJA APP?
To appeal to potential guests as a partner in the EatNinja app and be successful, follow these 4 essential points:
1. The deals you offer in the app must be attractive & representative to potential guests
2. The images of your establishment must be of good quality, authentic, and reflect the ambiance & your offered dishes well.
3. Make sure all necessary information, such as images, deals, opening hours, etc., are well represented in the app.
4. Keep your information up-to-date to avoid any issues.
What kind of deals can i offer in the eatninja app?
At EatNinja, you can offer various deals in consultation with us.
Two deals are always listed at the same time: The welcome offer is intended to attract new customers and give them an incentive to try something new. (particularly popular: 2-for-1 main course —> Here you offer two main courses of your choice for the price of one)
The 2nd, somewhat smaller deal serves to retain customers, ultimately convincing them of your restaurant (example: Free dessert with the order of a main course)
Can eatninja users redeem a deal at my place as many times as they like?
No, all our deals are bound to a predetermined cycle that we set in advance with you as our partner. Normally, this period is between 90 and 180 days. This means that once a customer redeems the deal at your place, it is locked for the agreed duration. This prevents guests from using the same deal multiple times within a short period. Only after the expiration of, for example, the 90-day lock period can the customer redeem the deal again at your place.
WHY SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR EATNINJA?
EatNinja offers you the opportunity to acquire new guests and thus fill empty tables for free. You benefit from EatNinja’s reach, verified reviews, and additional revenue generated.
Can i become an eatninja partner without offering deals?
No, that is unfortunately not possible. If you want to be listed as a partner at EatNinja, you must offer deals.
Does Eatninja cost anything for me as a partner?
No! EatNinja is and remains free of charge for you as a restaurant partner. There are also no hidden costs that could occur over time. This way, we want to make it easier for you as a partner and offer a win-win situation for everyone.
What are the contract terms for me as an eatninja partner?
The contract conditions at EatNinja stipulate that the contract is concluded for an indefinite period. Both contractual parties have the right to terminate the contract at any time with a notice period of three months at the end of a month.

Vi kobler nye kunder til restauranten din via Eat Ninja-appen. Slik fungerer det:
1. Registrering: Du registrerer restauranten din og oppretter en konto på vår plattform. Du velger hvilke tilbud du ønsker å ha i appen (f.eks. 2-for-1 hovedrett) og hvor ofte de kan benyttes.
2. Gjestene oppdager restauranten: Eat Ninja-brukere finner restauranten din i appen eller via våre markedsføringskampanjer.

Eat Ninja er åpent for alle restauranter, barer og kafeer. Selv om vi ikke er i byen din ennå, kan det endre seg raskt – så send inn en registrering, så tar vi kontakt!

Må jeg gjøre noe som Eat Ninja-partner?
Nei, Eat Ninja krever ingen installasjon, opplæring eller ekstra utstyr. Vi håndterer alt fra oppsett av profilen din i appen til markedsføring. Det eneste du trenger å gjøre er å skanne QR-koden når gjesten løser inn et tilbud.
Hvor lang tid tar det før restauranten min blir synlig i Eat Ninja-appen?
Når avtalen er signert og vi har mottatt nødvendig informasjon og bilder, kan vi få restauranten din live i appen innen 2 dager.
Hva må jeg gi for å bli en Eat Ninja-partner?
For å komme i gang trenger vi:

- Tilbud: Minst 2 eksklusive tilbud til Eat Ninja-brukere

Kan jeg gjøre endringer i restauranten min i Eat Ninja-appen?
Ja! Du kan når som helst justere tilbud, bilder eller annen informasjon. Endringer gjøres via vår partnerportal eller ved å kontakte vårt supportteam.
Hvilke typer tilbud kan jeg ha i Eat Ninja-appen?
Vi anbefaler to aktive tilbud samtidig:
1. Hovedtilbud – Tiltrekke nye kunder (f.eks. 2-for-1 på hovedrett)
2. Lojalitetstilbud – Øke gjestenes retur (f.eks. gratis dessert ved bestilling av hovedrett)
Tilbudene må være eksklusive for Eat Ninja-brukere og kan ikke være tilgjengelige andre steder.

Nei! Eat Ninja er 100 % gratis for restauranter – ingen skjulte kostnader eller bindinger.
Hva er kontraktsvilkårene for Eat Ninja-partnere?
Avtalen inngås for 12 måneder og fornyes automatisk Begge avtaleparter har rett til å si opp kontrakten når som helst med en oppsigelsesfrist på tre måneder ved utgangen av en måned.
Hva skjer hvis jeg ønsker å avslutte avtalen?
Du kan si opp avtalen skriftlig med 3 måneders varsel.
Hvordan håndteres misbruk av Eat Ninja?
Vi har strenge retningslinjer for å forhindre misbruk:
- Forsøk på å manipulere antall innløste kuponger kan føre til utestenging
- Brudd på eksklusivitetsavtalen kan føre til at restauranten fjernes fra appen
- Eat Ninja forbeholder seg retten til å justere eller avslutte avtalen ved gjentatte brudd
Dette sikrer at Eat Ninja forblir en trygg og rettferdig plattform for alle våre partnere og brukere.
